1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Enjoy complimentary standard free shipping on every order. Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days after shipment.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Orders over $100 US qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please be aware that delivery times to these addresses may be longer.
